This is one of my favorite math music videos on YouTube. I believe it was completed for a class project but I honestly have NEVER seen a student produced video with such AMAZING quality (And I have done YouTube Video projects and they are great but not at this level). I find that videos over 2 minutes lose my student's interest but this one always captivates from beginning to end. Videos can help re-enforce or introduce a topic that has a lasting impact. I showed this to a Pre-Algebra class 2 years when I taught in Memphis and I had a former student contact me in January saying that she remembered the trigonometric ratios because of THIS video and it helped her in her Geometry class. Share it. Pass it on. This is awesome.

Thanks for all of your innovative math ideas! I will be teaching middle school math next school year so I am trying to get ideas right now. I love all of the games and ideas you posted and hope to use them in my classes. Please keep 'em coming! :)

Thanks for reading! I am actually going back to teaching middle school (Pre-Algebra and Algebra) in the fall and I am excited to use some of my old stuff again! I would love to hear any strategies you use as well.
